Objectives and activities

The trade fair EXPO 'URBAN AREA was founded with an ambitious plan to become a reference point and meeting place for a large commercial area in central-north of Calabria.
This should serve as a driving force for the near future, when the fair EXPO 'URBAN AREA can involve the whole of Calabria and then get the whole Southern Italy.

Location

The success of the exhibition also passes dall'indovinata location, EXPO 'URBAN AREA will be located three hundred meters from the geodesic dome ex Fiera di Cosenza.

Service Order

The duration of the fair from May 27 to June 5, 2011

The fair will be inaugurated on May 27 at 17.30 and will remain open until 21.00 (when will the exhibition of ethnic groups and will be active for nine days. On May 28 times Expo 'will instead be the following : Time weekdays 16.30 to 21.30 Holidays 10.00 - 22.00 (with lunch break from 13.30 to 15.00)

Events

For all 9 days of the duration of the exhibition artists and bands will perform with the event of Paulaner beer festival.

Communication Plan

The Urban Area Expo will have a press office who will make:
news reports,
television services,
radio links,
disclosure of the event on the Internet, Contact info and Facebook

Brochure

The companies also will be part of the brochure of the Fair EXPO 'urban area - with a map of the fair and indicating the location of the stands and gazebo and a description of these companies with all exhibits at the fair.

EXPO Design and layout newspaper 'NEWS

For the occasion was an editorial project designed to create a journal of the fair with news and events on the event to be held inside. A free showcase for his company.

To make the fair more attractive to the public tickets will be distributed with a Free coupon to attend more extractions of prizes from the best companies in the territory.

Businesses are offered free to the realization of a postcard with their logo to give to visitors.
