Comes the 7th edition to the Artisan Chocolate Fair, a fair which over time has proven to compare favourably with the other trade shows, so that this year will double exhibitors and days.
The ten days of programming for the 2011 allow the first Artisan Chocolate Fair to become the most important and whole review of chocolate masters Italian and foreign, engaged in the exposition of their delicacies as well as in practical demonstrations and workshops dedicated to food of the gods.
Another news of this seventh edition is the Carnival! In fact, the square will be a meeting place for young and old masks that will colour those 10 days of the year with delicacy and may participate at the events and at the many initiatives that management is organizing the fair for two weekends involved.

Historical photos, photo from the Alinari Museum in Florence, represent tools and materials that over time have accompanied the cultivation of crops and the craftsmen of chocolate.
The trade of the year will be enriched by events and other activities yet to be confirmed as the collaboration between the Artisan Chocolate Fair and caterers of the old town during the event will offer full dinners with cocoa to discover the many and unusual uses of the "spice" in the kitchen.
